Rebel Rebel & New Hair-do

I'm not sure how to rock my new hair style, so I thought an edgier outfit while still looking causal will do the thing. This outfit is just a simple going out type of thing, I found knee high socks in my closet that I didn't even know I owned a pair :P That was pretty exciting, hehe. I'll likely wear it more often now <3

I wore this to my friends birthday party!

 We spent most of our time at the party playing video games (because we're all nerds like that), mostly Marvel vs. Capcom, Soul Calibur, &Kinect;Dance central! Than we ate cake made by my friend (it was a triforce cake, aha) and opened presents :) I bought my one friend a Lady Gaga, born this way shirt from Hot Topic and for my other friend I bought him a Heartless plushie from Kingdom Hearts :P

Dress Down Day - Bunny

For Feburary's dress down day, I decided to pick an outfit in the morning instead of spending a really long time deciding what to wear the night before. Surprisingly I really like this causal cute outfit! It doesn't look like I tried so hard, yet there is still some effort. Best of all, it's super comfy! Here are the outtakes!

I decided to pack lunch in the morning since I woke up earlier than usual (6 a.m.) and I had left over sushi from a restaurant, so I decided to pack it! Yum 

It was so cold, it shouldn't been a snow day! ): Hated walking to the bus stop in a blizzard.

 

Trending Obsession: Rings

Recently I've started liking rings. In the past I would never wear them since they felt weird on my hands, I usually hate wearing rings and bracelets, it felt like they're in the way. Now I feel lost without wearing one. Aha! I currently own a few and my collect is still small, but hopefully it will grow throughout time! Sometimes I steal my moms, hehe. But they're too big on me ):

Recap

Sorry for my absence this week! I've been feeling really depressed this week, mainly because of a tragic death of my friends younger brother. ): I never have personally known him but I am friends with the people he hangs out with. It breaks my heart to see those who love and care for him mourn for his death. Today I went to his funeral and it's so heartwarming to see the whole church filled with those who care about him, and even those who never talked to him (such as myself) to be there to support their family during such rough times. Dear Nico, even though I've never talked to you before, I use to see you everyday in the morning on the hallways. You would always be fooling around, with a big smile on your face. I remember saying to myself "hey, i want to be friends with that kid". Sadly I regret not being able to introduce you to myself or even say hi to you. I hope that you rest in paradise and continue to protect the ones you love from above. <3

Saturday (02.12.11)

My friend created a surprise birthday party for my other friend! We got two people to 'kidnap' her from her house and brought her to Pizza Hut where we ate dinner. Everyone bought her a gift which turned out to be video game related because the guys are turning her into a gaming freak. -___- I bought her a sweater from Garage, candy and pocky!

My friend also baked her a cake :) yummy!

 After the dinner my two friends and I had to leave earlier to go over to another friends house for an "English party" Since we all had first semester English and hated it, now that it's finally over, we had a party :P -nerds-

Monday: (02.14.11)

 After the Valentines Day Key Club dinner, my friend and I still had room in our stomach's so we decided to go out for Starbucks before heading out home. I ended up treating myself to two different tall latte's. I decided to give chai tea latte a try since there are a few people from my school the the one nearby who rave about it. I didn't like the taste, it tasted like Chinese medicine. ): So I played safe and bought another latte, green tea latte; my signature drink from Starbucks ;)

Tuesday:

My school is hosting their first annual Relay for Life along with another school in town. I joined the Relay committee in my school as the advertisement leader.This gave me to oppurunity to go to a Relay workshop meeting to learn about the basics of setting up your own school relay. It was a fun experience and I was able to meet some new people! The conference took place in the Hilton hotel. Sadly I only took pictures of food and our table :P 

I am super motivated to make my schools relay an exciting one! Wish us luck!

 

Friday:

Today my friend and I were talking about our body and other people's bodies (I know, we're random) Which lead us to the topic of prom and how we need to get back into shape! So we decided to go to the gym after school, but once I got home my mom told my sister and I that it was our dads birthday, opps! Plans were canceled and my family went out to eat Pho. We ate cake after dinner but we didn't do much since they both had to work at night. So instead we're throwing a birthday party for him on March break!
